SAME DAY / NEXT DAY DELIVERY - I'm afraid we DON'T offer this delivery option, but for good reason - In the same way bread or coffee tastes best when freshly baked or brewed, we believe freshly made chocolate tastes much better than chocolate that's been sat on a shelf for 12 months. So to ensure your chocolate treats reach you in the most 'flavourful' condition, all orders are freshly made to order (*processing time of 2 working days - this may increase during busy periods e.g. Christmas) meaning your order will take a little longer to reach you, but hopefully you'll agree that all good things are worth waiting for. *If items are required urgently, please let us know and we'll do our very best to help.
Large / greater value orders - Should you wish for the added security of insurance, please contact us and we'll be happy to provide a competitive quote from a reputable and reliable courier. These are provided in real time and will be the most competitive quotes available online.
Can I have items sent to different addresses?
Yes, however delivery charges are per SINGLE ADDRESS, so if you require items to be sent to multiple addresses, either complete one order per address OR contact sales@www.RobinsandSons.co.uk prior to placing order, where we can assist and advise you of any additional charges that will apply.
How quickly do we dispatch orders?
Orders are dispatched within 2-3 working days (except corporate and larger orders - to be advised upon request).
Can I order today but have it delivered at a later date?
Get organised ahead of time and ordertoday, but have your order dispatched next month, 6 weeks, 6 months time. No matter how far in advance you purchase, delicious and freshly made chocolate will always be received. Add a note to your order telling us when you'd like your order DISPATCHED and we'll be happy to oblige. This option is FREE of charge. If you require an order to ARRIVE on a specific day, please let us know and we'll be happy to arrange a quote using a '*Guaranteed Delivery' service.
Do you send to PO Boxes?
Please note that we do not recommend sending orders to a PO Box, and cannot accept any liability for items sent to a PO Box address, that may not be delivered.
What if my order is damaged upon receipt?
Every order is securely packed in sturdy cardboard boxes, with insulating materials e.g. bubble wrap, styrofoam, to ensure it arrives in the best possible condition for maximum enjoyment. If however, you are unhappy in any way about the condition of the items upon receipt, please let us know and we'll put it right for you.
