International Orders delivery charges information

As courier firms calculate shipping costs using both weight and dimensions of the package, costs can be difficult to predict using value of order alone, so for customer ease we've calculated shipping costs on estimates.

You will NOT be charged any extra than stated and if our applied shipping charges is significantly higher than the actual courier charge, the excess will be refunded. Similarly, for higher value orders (over £250), rather than levy unnecessarily excessive costs for higher value orders, we're more than happy to calculate an accurate quote based on your potential order, with NO OBLIGATION on your part to accept or complete the order once you have the quote.

All delivery services are insured and fully trackable, and we always 'price check' courier quotes to ensure we provide the most competitive service available.

How quickly do we dispatch orders?

Orders are dispatched within 2 working days (except corporate and larger orders - to be advised upon request). International Orders / Europe - Although we promise to dispatch from the UK promptly, we're unable to guarantee specific delivery dates or condition of confectionery on receipt (due to the delivery aims, schedules and mail storage conditions of different shipping operators). However, we only use reputable, established couriers with fully trackable delivery services, if you have any concerns or would like quotes for 'Guaranteed timescale delivery' services, please contact Sales@RobinsandSons.com. 

Can I order today but have it delivered at a later date?

Buy today, but have your order dispatched next month, 6 weeks, 6 months time. No matter how far in advance you purchase, delicious and freshly made chocolate will always be received. Add a note to your order telling us when you'd like your order DISPATCHED and we'll be happy to oblige. This option is FREE of charge. If you require an order to ARRIVE on a specific day, please let us know and we'll be happy to arrange a quote using a 'Guaranteed Delivery' service.

 

Do you send to PO Boxes?

Please note that we do not recommend sending orders to a PO Box, and cannot accept any liability for items sent to a PO Box address, that may not be delivered.

What if my order is damaged upon receipt?

Every order is securely packed in sturdy cardboard boxes, with insulating materials e.g. bubble wrap, styrofoam, to ensure it arrives in the best possible condition for maximum enjoyment. If however, you are unhappy in any way about the condition of the items upon receipt, please let us know and we'll put it right for you.
